By accessing or using Throne ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
Throne is a SaaS analytics and management platform for content creators. The Service provides analytics dashboards, fan management tools, AI-assisted messaging, and campaign management by interfacing with third-party platforms through browser extensions.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Free trials do not require a credit card. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with the Service; (c) share your account credentials with unauthorized parties; (d) use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Throne does not store your content (photos, videos, etc.). The Service stores analytics data, subscriber metadata, and session credentials (encrypted at rest). You retain ownership of your data and may request deletion at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL THRONE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
